Personnel and sharing of online complaints- (staff complaint on social media) 

Freedom of speech verses inciting hate speech- freedom of speech is where people can express their own opinions safely and without offending someone whilst inciting hate speech is where people post their hate speeches about certain topics that can offend people online. Responsibility needs to be taken when posting to make sue not to offend anyone. 

Injunctions - illegally disclosing information about someone or something.

Internet service providers have a responsibility to block content that can be offensive to someone to then keep hate speech to a minimum.

Personnel should be mindful of what they put on social media because anyone can see what they post including their future bosses, when applying for a job companies do a check on a person through their social media accounts to see if they would represent their company in a good light. An example of this happening is shown on many different articles such as https://people.com/celebrity/employees-who-were-fired-because-of-social-media-posts/, this article exclaims the fact that people get fired from what they have posted on social media or post recently on social media. This can also happen for celebrities, for example Amanda Bynes was ruined from a Tweet on Twitter where she exclaims that she is sexually attracted to the rapper Drake and was vulgar with the tweet.
