Crowdsourcing- sourcing model in which individuals or organisations obtain personnel for projects and to collaborate on projects, find people with certain skills can be for free or pay for them. (https://www.kickstarter.com)

UPS- Unique Selling Point - the aspect(s) of a product that makes it standout from competitors  UGC- User Generated Content - the media content made by prosumers in the digital age. Any form of content - posts, images, videos, reviews, etc. - created by consumers on an online or social network.  Folksonomy- basically a system of sharing of ideas across an online community.
