Crowdsourcing - gathering information from a large number of people that have certain skills in certain areas, can be cheaper than a professional (Linkedin) 

Electronic agora - Online meeting place, used with social media

Web-utopia - using the web will be beneficial for humanity

UPS- Unique Selling Point - the aspect(s) of a product that makes it standout from competitors  UGC- User Generated Content - the media content made by prosumers in the digital age. Any form of content - posts, images, videos, reviews, etc. - created by consumers on an online or social network.  Folksonomy- basically a system of sharing of ideas across an online community.
