What is social media measurement?

Social media measurements is when the creator uses methods to then gather information on how popular the content they have posted have been, this is so then the creator can then  see if the content they post is effective to the audience or needs to be changed. 

How can social media measurement aid audience response to a campaign?

Some methods that a producer can measure the response from the audience can be through the likes on the post, shares, use of hashtags on the social media platform, comments section and the views on the post. To do this the producer could use the marketing agency's to see the responses on the content.
